Commercial High Speed ExtremeTM Formula (CHSXTM)

Commercial High Speed Extreme™ Formula (CHSX™) is a revolutionary tire sealant designed specifically for commercial vehicles operating in high-hazard environments. Building on the foundation of our innovative CHS formula, CHSX™ offers superior puncture protection for trash trucks, roll-offs, recycling trucks, street sweepers, concrete trucks, dump trucks, and any commercial vehicle that operates in hazardous environments and typically travels at speeds between 30-65 mph* (50-105 km/h).

CHSX™ helps balance tires and transforms them into self-sealing tires using fibers that are six times stronger than steel. It helps tires maintain their pressure up to 500% better than untreated tires. Properly inflated and balanced tires run cooler and last longer. Less flexing, bouncing, and fatigue equals longer tire life!

Features of CHSX™ Formula

  • Reduces Downtime:Prevents flats and seals multiple punctures from objects up to 3/8” in diameter. Helps seal slow leaks that cause tires to deflate over time.
  • Extends Tire Life: CHSX™ helps balance tires and keeps them running cooler by eliminating porosity leaks that lead to underinflated tires.
  • Improves Fuel Economy: Underinflated tires have higher rolling resistance, resulting in a loss of fuel economy of 1 to 3 percent. Ride-On helps improve fuel efficiency, thereby reducing your vehicle’s carbon footprint.
  • Will Not Harm Tires and Wheels: CHSX™ conditions casings and contains corrosion inhibitors to protect steel, aluminum, and yellow metals from oxidation.
  • Compatible with Most Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS): Ride-On is the only tire sealant endorsed by Advantage PressurePro TPMS amongst others.
  • Water Dispersible:Washes out with plain water, leaving no residue. Ride-On CHSX™ will not interfere with retreading or prevent the application of section, tire plug, and patch repairs.
  • Safe to Use: Non-flammable, non-hazardous, biodegradable.
  • Suitable for All Weather Conditions: Specially formulated to prevent freezing at extremely low temperatures (-40 °F) and separation at high temperatures.

Ride-On™ CHSX™ Formula

The Ride-On™ CHSX™ formula is designed to protect the crown area of the tire. The shape of the tire casing and the centrifugal force generated by the tire's rotation cause Ride-On to cover the inside crown area of the tire. Ride-On is not designed to protect the outer 1” to 1.5” of a tire’s tread near the shoulder areas. The effectiveness of sealing punctures in the crown of the tire is estimated to be 85 to 95 percent in tubeless tires.

Ride-On™ Formulations for Every Tire Application

*For commercial vehicles that routinely travel above 65 mph, we recommend using our standard CHS formula, which provides superior balancing at higher speeds (65+ mph).

Ride-On TPS is available in formulations for every tire application. Try our Heavy Duty Off-Road (HDOTR)™ formula for extreme protection against punctures from objects up to 1/2" in diameter. Ride-On TPS is also available in formulations for industrial, automobile, motorcycle, ATV, and bicycle applications.
