A combination of fibers, including aramid fibers six times stronger than steel, automatically seals punctures in the tire tread up to 6.4 millimeters (1/4") in diameter. Reduce Fuel Consumption:

To Balance or Not to Balance… That’s the Question!
We recommend dynamically balancing new tires on a balancer before installing the Ride-On sealant. While the tire is on the balancer and spinning, closely inspect the tire for excessive run-out or an out-of-round shape (elliptical). Ride-On does not recommend installing our sealants in tires with structural problems or defects, as using a sealant might accentuate the ride and handling issues inherent with defective tires.
